My favorite color is ORANGE.
I am not a specialized artist. While I tend to gravitate towards painting with oils. I am also inspired by pastels, watercolors, fine ink drawings, mosaics, stained glass and fabric crafts which also help me satisfy my expression needs. When I see something that resonates with me I want to celebrate it. It could be anything.

The illumination the sun gives to a mountain, an ornate gate, the view from the rearview mirror, the look on a dog’s face or even my husband’s truck.

Quite simply, I want to capture my view of something that makes me smile and share it with others in the hope that it evokes the same feeling.

Why Orange?   It makes me happy!
